Using documents from the Netherlands in Qatar
Qatar is not a party to the Apostille Convention, so documents issued in the Netherlands generally need consular legalization before Qatari authorities accept them. Even though the Netherlands issues apostilles, an apostille alone is not sufficient for Qatar. A typical route is:
